Thumbelina is a very lightweight content slider specifically designed for use with galleries of thumbnail images.
It integrates well with other plugins, and is a perfect solution where too many thumbnails would clutter the page.

Any styles or JavaScript event handlers attached to your thumbnails will still work. Here we are using Thumbelina with Cloud Zoom.
Just modify the CSS to match your website. Control buttons can be placed where you like.
